Narrated by actor Edward Norton, Saving Africa’s Giants follows former NBA star and wildlife advocate Yao Ming travels to Africa to help spread awareness about the cruelty of poaching. Yao sees for himself the evidence of a losing battle, where Africa's giants are senselessly slain every day for their tusks.
Celebrity Explorers
A five-part film series produced with the Shanghai Media Group and WildAid.
Each episode in the series pairs a celebrity with a different endangered species, telling the story of tigers, manta rays, sharks, rhinos, the Yangtze finless porpoise, and the vaquita. The documentaries were filmed in China, India, the United States, the Bahamas, Mexico, and Kenya.
